Excellent and fairly decent hotel, the idea of having suite was great. Granola, cereal, pastries, yogurt, and fruit were really appreciated. The location of the property was perfect, in the middle of jackson.

The staff at Comfort Suites Idabel are helpful and provide complimentary wake-up service and ironing. The location is unbeatable, just 1 mile from Choctaw Casino Idabel, and a short walk to downtown Idabel, restaurants, and local activities.

The breakfast was not good. There was not enough food for all people and the cook did not replenish the food or check to see what was needed at the peak times.The coffee was cold and had also run out without replenishing timely.

Stayed for 1 night in this excellent place, liked that. The room turned out to be perfect and perfectly clean with a couch and a king-sized bed. Everything was great. The hotel was in a marvelous location right by activities in the area, Idabel, and the surrounding area.

Got a double room with couch, a king sized bed as expected. It had a good and ideal location very close to Idabel, OK and the surrounding area.

The location is great, just about 30 minutes from Beavers Bend Park. The staff is helpful, and the check-in process was fast and easy. The rooms and public areas were very clean. The decor is updated and well-kept, making both the exterior and interior welcoming. The young man at the front desk on Friday was courteous, fun, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I liked the location and staff.

I didn't like the carpet inside my room. Too soiled and dirty. The magnet on back of the mirrow wouldn't hold the closet door shut, and there wasn't any toilet tissure in the bath room. Looking at my room, if the other rooms look as mine did I would recommend renovating.

This hotel is conveniently located near all the scenic areas, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff and breakfast attendants are friendly and provide excellent service. The free breakfast offers a variety of options to start your day off right.

It is disappointing that there are no in-room coffee pots available, especially considering the hotel's overall quality and attention to detail.
